Fleet Mobile Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tractor/Trailer Maintenance Billing Specialist to generate invoices based on our technicians’ work orders that are submitted to our billing team daily.

Position Summary: Candidate must be able to create an invoice quickly and accurately in our proprietary software program. Our goal is to have our invoices in our customer’s hands within 48 hours of the completion of the repairs. All Billers have a Reviewer assigned to them once you complete your initial two weeks of training. Your Reviewer will check all the invoices you create for accuracy and will continue the training process by working with you on any errors found on the invoicing. A successful Biller will earn the opportunity to move up to become Jr. Reviewers and Sr. Reviewers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Communicate with your assigned group of technicians regarding any missing information every morning.
• Communicate with your Jr/Sr Reviewer throughout the billing process and once you have a technician’s billing completed.
• Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

*High School Diploma and a College associate degree preferred.

*3+ years’ experience working in a Tractor/Trailer Billing Specialist role.

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
